Our beginners kickstart will get you started on your CrossFit journey. Meet the coaches who are going to help you become the fittest you’ve ever been and ensure have fun doing it!
This kickstart has space for 8 people and will run for 90 mins on Sunday April 24th. The goal is to teach beginners some of the fundamental movements and gain CrossFit experience. If you’re looking to build strength, lose fat and get fit.. Then this is your first step.

FAQ
When is the kickstart? The April Kickstart is on Sunday 24th @ 0900-1030. 8 people maximum.
I have no CrossFit experience, won’t I be the odd one out? Not at all. We cater to all abilities and have designed this specifically for beginners.
Is it expensive? We want to keep the barrier to entry low. It’s just £10!
Will I get injured? Unlikely. We keep our class size small and only use experienced/qualified coaches. They will ensure you have good movement and appropriate scaling to reduce risk of injury.
Will I be pressured into buying a membership? Absolutely not! Sure, we’d love to have you as a member but we understand CrossFit isn’t for everyone. Come try it out and see, no pressure!
Does CrossFit actually get you that fit? We utilise elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning in a progressive long term program. You will absolutely take your fitness to the next level and be surprised at what gains can be made. Add to that amazing, experienced coaches and a fun atmosphere. You won’t want to join another gym again!
