CrossFit Classes.
Our CrossFit classes are designed to meet you where you’re at, they’re scalable for all fitness levels, fully coached and follow a structured and progressive CrossFit program. We run small classes (up to 8 people) so that each member receives personal guidance and support from our expert coaches.
What to expect
Our CrossFit program includes gymnastics, olympic lifting, strength and endurance.
Our class-led coaches will explain the session, warm you up and coach you through all the movements and provide you with a level of challenge that is best suited to your needs.
